A friend lent me her Alpha Pro to use through some drills and a couple of games. I was surprised by its performance and amazed that the Alpha Pro not only handled like my then favorite paddle, but responded in superior ways to my control of shots with touch, power, and placement. I went home and ordered an Alpha Pro."

Drops and dinks feel effortless. Unlike many paddles that have a hollow, disconnected sensation, the Alpha Pro feels connected and "plushy. " Sweet Spot & Spin The sweet spot is impressive right out of the box, though I added a little lead tape to the bottom corners to tune it to my preference. While the grit is solid, the dwell time is the standout feature in my opinion. It makes shaping the ball and adding spin incredibly easy."
