Return Policy / Test Drive

All paddles have a 'No question asked' money-back guarantee.  What we call a Test Drive.  We'll even pay for the return shipping if you are within the US.

  • Engage Pickleball Paddles: 30-day Test Drive (from delivery date)
  • Omega Pickleball Paddles: 60-day Test Drive (from delivery date)

To finalize your return, we ask for a receipt or proof of purchase, along with images of the product (as specified at the time of initiating the claim)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Typically, these refunds are reflected in your account within 3-5 business days from the date of the refund issuance. However, please note that the exact timeline may vary based on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, start by checking your bank account.

Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, get in touch with your bank, considering that there is usually some processing time before a refund appears.

If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@engagepickleball.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

We welcome refunds within the specified timeframe for new, cosmetic, and certified refurbished paddles purchased directly from EngagePickleball.com or the Engage Proshop located in Oxford, FL.

Please note select sale items may not be eligible for refunds, however, such will be noted on the product or listing. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges within the 30 day return/test drive period as outlined above. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, click here

Only one exchange per item. 

 

Gifts

To qualify for return/exchange/warranty requests, gifts need to be registered by the purchaser under the recipient's name, and proof of purchase must be provided during the registration process.

Upon approval, our teams will furnish a prepaid return label for the return of your product.
