How to remove shipping protection?

  1. Navigate to the 'shipping information' (2nd page) of checkout 
  2. Find the 'Shipping Protection' area
  3. Click the slider to toggle shipping protection on/off

How Does It Work?

If your protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Our support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 days and no later than 30 days from when it was marked delivered. 

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • Domestic orders: claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 days and no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. 
  • International Orders: claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. 

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 days from when it was marked delivered.
