Shipping Policy

Order Processing / Handling Time Prior to Shipping:

Once an order is placed there is a normal 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) order processing (handling) time for consumers (5-15 business days for dealers based on quantity).  Orders are then shipped via the shipping method chosen at check-out.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  Custom requests (weight / grip size) order processing (handling) time will be extended an additional 3-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:  The below noted shipping days are 'best effort' from the carrier (not guaranteed).  Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, Engage does not have control on how long the package is in transit. 

FREE Shipping:

Only available within the US.¬† Orders should arrive in 5-7 business days after the standard¬†Processing / Handling Time noted above. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional¬†3 ‚Äst5 days.¬†¬†

Standard Ground:

Orders should arrive in 4 ‚Äď 6 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional¬†2¬†‚Äst3¬†days.¬†

Priority Mail:

Orders should arrive in¬†2 - 3¬†days¬†after the standard¬†Processing / Handling Time¬†noted above. Priority Mail does deliver on Saturdays.¬†¬†Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 ‚Äst3 days.

International Shipping:

For items shipping internationally, shipping rates and options vary and are too numerous to list.  These orders will be presented with the available options at checkout.

Note:  Additional charges may be incurred due to customs and changes in shipping routes.  Customers are responsible for the additional charge and will be contacted prior to shipping.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

All carriers (USPS, UPS, etc) charge a premium called Dimensional Weight Pricing for boxes that are over a specific dimension and/or weight.  This surcharge is:

  • only known¬†at the time of creating the shipping label.
  • typically only occurs when ordering nets, large quantities of balls and / or paddles and large backpacks.
  • Customers are responsible for the additional surcharge and will be contacted prior to shipping (even when FREE SHIPPING is chosen).
