You can choose between two options:

  • Join a 4-day pickleball retreat, with optional extra days, and enjoy 12 hours of tailored on-court training from Engage pros.

  • Reserve the entire estate—all 6 bedrooms—for a private stay with friends and the flexibility to bring your own instructor or arrange for one of ours.

Retreat packages include 4 days and 3 nights of accommodations, with the option to add extra days. At $2,950 per couple ($1,475 per person), you’ll enjoy focused training, time to relax and enjoy the property along with the surrounding areas.

Amenities include a sports bar, arcade, movie theatre, outdoor games, and more. Just a short drive away, you’ll find live entertainment, a casino, restaurants, and activities in downtown The Villages. For golf enthusiasts, The Villages also offers 14 country clubs with 378 championship holes across its renowned courses.

The estate is well-suited for couples’ retreats, small group getaways, executive gatherings, or even private events. For those attending the scheduled retreats, two additional bedrooms are available for friends or family who may not play pickleball but want to join the overall experience.
