      "Stock weight, the paddle is okay. The sweet spot is on the smaller side compared to modern paddles. Feels a little bit like Selkirk Vanguard Power Air, kinda dense and a little like wood. That being said, with weight, the power is there, the sweet spot is a lot better and the feel is slightly better. This paddle is good if you’re looking for a thinner paddle with good power 7/10, pop 6/10, control 7/10, spin 7/10, and a denser feel"

      Review new Engage paddle

      "I was replacing an Engage Pursuit MX 6. 0 paddle with the one I ordered. It weighed over 8 ounces. I initially ordered a new paddle and didn't make a selection for weight. The paddle i received was 7. 5 ounces and too light for me. I returned that paddle and reordered a new paddle and selected the heavier option of an 8. 0 - 8. 02 weighted paddle. When the paddle arrived it only weighed 7. 95 which is still too light. I'm not happy with the weight but I will add weight to the paddle myself. I haven't done this yet and am concerned that the paddle won't perform the way I expect it to. I don't know if I will order another Engage paddle when this one wears out or go with another brand where I can get the specific weight I want. The Engage return policy is great. The ordering process needs to be more specific for weight."
