Return Policy / Test Drive:

All paddles have a 'No question asked' 30-day money back guarantee (where we'll even pay for the return shipping).

Warranty Policy:

Registration is required to be eligible for the warranty policy.  Warranty is non-transferable and is valid to the original purchaser only.  If you are not the original purchaser, please still register your paddle and contact us.  We will see what we can do for you.

Engage (Premium Line of Paddles)  -  Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship for the life of the paddle.

      Omega (Entry-level Line of Paddles) and the Apprentice paddle  -  One year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.

        What is not covered by the warranty  - Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence. Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.  Fading of graphics.

        Hitting other objects (other than the Pickleball) such as the ground and other paddles can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim.  If these actions occur, please still contact us.  We will still take care of you.
