Return Policy / Test Drive:
All paddles have a 'No question asked' 30-day money back guarantee (where we'll even pay for the return shipping if from the US). Call it a 30-day Test Drive.
Registration is required to be eligible for the warranty policy and should be made within 30-days of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable and is valid to the original purchaser only (proof of purchase is required).
All paddles have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship for the life of the paddle (the exception is the Apprentice, Status and Precision which carry a one year warranty).
EngagePickleball holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty and whether to replace or repair it.
What is not covered by the warranty? Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence. Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing. Fading of graphics.
Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground and other paddles can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim. Paddle breakage after one year old is not covered.
Please note: If these actions occur, please still contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you.
What if I am not the original purchaser? If you are not the original purchaser, and have an issue with your paddle, please still register your paddle and contact us. We will see what we can do to help you.
How long should a paddle last? Paddles themselves depending on how often you play can last a long time. Some individuals like a new paddle every 6-8 months, others 1 year and some up to 3+ years. But as with anything, there are wear and tear components. The edge guard is a protective barrier. It adds perimeter weighting but also protects the paddle. So from normal use the edge guard will get scraped on the ground (or eventually become loose from making repeated contact with the ground) and need to be replaced. The grip is another item that over time, again depending on how often you play may need replacement. These latter points are considered wear & tear. Not a manufacturers defect.
PLEASE NOTE. We follow industry best practices and have a commitment to best-in-class customer service, so if the following occurs please still contact us and we will support you.
Always contact us because we are here to support you, no matter the issue, who you bought the paddle from or how old it is.
