CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

For "Camp Only":
- $20 cancellation fee per person anytime prior to 30 days before camp date.
- 30 days to 7 days prior to camp: no refunds; funds remain in your account for another camp anytime, anywhere, with no time limitations; $20 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp.
- 7 days or less prior to camp: Funds remain in your account for another camp anytime, anywhere, with no time limitations; $50 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp, or receive 25% refund of the camp price.
- 48 - 24 hours prior to the camp: 50% of funds remain in your account for another camp anytime, anywhere, with no time limitations; $50 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp, or receive 25% refund of camp price.
- 24 hours or less prior to camp: 25% of funds remain in your account for another camp anytime, anywhere, with no time limitations; $50 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp.
- No notice of cancellation/no show results in forfeiture of all camp funds.
- Camp may be canceled if it does not reach the required minimum of 8 camp attendees. Full refund will be issued.

For Stay n Play/All-Inclusive Camps (US):
-  $100 cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to the event.
- Full payment required 60 days prior to the event.
- 59 - 31 days prior to the event: 75% refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp. $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- 30 days to 15 days prior to the event: 50% refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp. $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- 14 days - 25 hours prior to the event: no refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp. $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- 24 hours prior to the event: no refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp. $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- No notice of cancellation/no show results in forfeiture of all funds paid.

For Stay n Play/All-Inclusive Camps (Outside US):
- $100 cancellation fee up to 91 days prior to the event.
- Full payment required 90 days prior to the event.
- 89 - 75 days prior to the event: 50% refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp.  $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- 74 - 46 days prior to the event: 25% refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp.  $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- 45 days or less prior to the event: no refund, credit of $150pp toward another camp. $20 administration/rebooking fee per person.
- No notice of cancellation/no show results in forfeiture of all funds paid.

   For All Training event types:

  • Engage Pickleball is not responsible for any difference in funds due to exchange rates.
  • No notice of cancellation/no show results in forfeiture of all funds paid.
  • Training Events may be canceled if it does not reach the required minimum of attendees. Full refund will be issued.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Inclement Weather: Engage Pickleball chooses each location during optimal times of the year to help ensure the best chance of good weather. Throughout the US and abroad, there is a 50 percent chance it will be indoor/outdoor.  Whether it be an indoor or outdoor camp, be prepared for an outdoor camp experience.

If there is inclement weather forecasted for an outdoor camp, every attempt will be made to hold the camp as scheduled. There may be last-minute changes to camp hours and/or location to accommodate an inclement weather forecast. If changes occur, email communications will be sent to all registered attendees detailing the new camp time/location. These changes often occur just days/hours before the camp start date/time to try and ensure the camp can be held as scheduled. This helps to accommodate the travel and lodging plans many of our attendees make to attend our camps.

If the camp time is altered and within 3 hours of the previously scheduled camp time, or if the location is altered and is within a 45 minute drive of the previously scheduled location, there will be no refunds. Should camp participants lose more than 3 hours of instruction due to weather, at the discretion of Engage Pickleball, for any lost hours beyond 3, a refund or an additional paddle credit will be considered.  Because Engage Pickleball is one of the top paddle manufacturers in the world, there may be other viable options that Engage may offer.  Engage Pickleball has and always will provide the most opportunities for our camp attendees. 

2. By choosing to register for a camp, you agree that in no case shall Engage Pickleball Camps, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.


3. Should an unforeseen circumstance arise, please know that the pros listed for a camp may be subject to change.
