Camp Cancellation Policies

Cancellation/Refund policy on "Camp only": 

• $20 cancellation fee per person**

• 30 days to 7 days prior to camp: no refunds; funds remain in your account for another camp any time, anywhere, with no time limitations; however, there will be a $20 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp.**

• 7 days or less prior to camp: Funds remain in your account for another camp any time, anywhere, with no time limitations; however, there will be a $50 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp, or receive 25% refund of the camp price.**

• 24 hours or less prior to camp: 50% of funds remain in your account for another camp any time, anywhere, with no time limitations, with a $50 Administration/rebooking fee per person for the next camp, or receive 25% refund of camp price.**

         **If a camp does not reach the required minimum of 8 camp attendees, the camp may be cancelled. (This does not apply to Specialty/all-inclusive camps)  Notice of cancellation will be given via email 7-14 days prior to the first day of camp.  Should this occur, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation/Refund policy for Stay n Play/All inclusive Camps IN the US

• There is a $100pp cancellation fee anytime prior to 60 days before event.

• 60 days prior to the event, full payment is required.

• 59 - 31 days prior to the event: 75% refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations.

• 30 days to 8 days prior to the event: 50% refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations. 

• 7 days - 25 hours prior to the event: no refund, credit of $500pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations.

• 24 hours prior to the event: no refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations. 

Cancellation/Refund policy for Stay n Play/All Inclusive Camps OUTSIDE the US

• There is a $100pp cancellation fee up to 90 days prior to the event.

• 90 day prior to the event, full payment is required

• 89 - 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations.

• 59 - 30 days prior to the event: 25% refund, credit of $250pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations.

• 29 days or less prior to the event: no refund, credit of $150pp toward another camp anywhere, any time, with no time limitations.
