Eva Welsher, born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, has been involved in racquet sports since her childhood. She achieved recognition as a top Junior Tennis Player in the country before becoming a scholar D1 athlete at Northwestern University, contributing to the team's success in winning Big Ten Titles and establishing themselves as one of the nation's top tennis programs.
After her sons grew up, Eva ventured into Paddle Tennis, where she became one of the country's finest players before discovering her passion for Pickleball. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to training and competing in Pickleball, achieving remarkable results. In 2021, she claimed the top spot in Sr. Women's Doubles and Sr. Mixed Doubles. In 2023, she has already secured five Gold medals in Sr. Mixed Doubles and earned her second Gold Medal in the US Open Sr. Mixed Event. She also ranks among the top Sr. Women's Doubles players on the tour.
Eva's deep affection for Pickleball stems from its inclusive nature, welcoming individuals of all skill levels, ages, and racquet backgrounds into its community. Her goal is to continually improve her skills and share her love for Pickleball through coaching and spreading awareness.
